Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Life Forge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Life Forge per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
- Transfer the materials to another person
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.
Subscription and Billing
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Price changes will be communicated in advance
Prohibited Uses
You may not use Life Forge:
- In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- To transmit any harmful or malicious code
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company or another user
- To engage in any automated use of the system
- To interfere with or disrupt the Service
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Life Forge or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Life Forge.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
